I'm a people person so I really like to work with individuals and teams from various parts of the globe and I like interacting with people from different cultural backgrounds. I'm really happy that we are working on culture change at Greenpeace as well now. My team is great and the people in the national and regional offices I work with are amazing. Working with them makes me feel empowered.
